百合酪蔓越莓
Lily bulbs and Cranberry Dessert
材料:
新鮮百合
新鮮山藥
蔓越莓果乾
清水
牛奶
冰糖
熱開水
作法:
1 新鮮百合剝開清洗去砂,山藥洗淨外皮切小片。一半百合和山藥片、清水先倒入小鍋中用中火煮開改小火煮10分鍾即熄火,最後倒入調理杯中加入蔓越莓果乾和冰糖,並蓋上杯蓋充分攪拌成泥狀待用。
2.將另一半百合和熱開水與作法(1)一起倒入鍋中,用小火攪拌煮開,再加入牛奶煮勻就可熄火享用。
Ingredients 200g fresh lily bulbs
100g fresh wild yam
1 tbsp. dry cranberry
400cc water
200cc milk
1 tbsp. rock sugar
300cc hot water
Method
1 wash and removed the sand particles on the lily bulbs. Wash and chop the Wild Yam into pieces. Put half of the lily bulbs and all wild yams into a small pot. Add water and switch on the stove.
Cook with medium heat until boiled. Switch to low heat and cook for 10 mins. Switch off the stove and pour the ingredients into the blender. Add dry cranberries and rock sugar. Cover the blender and blend the ingredients thoroughly into a paste.
2 Pour the paste back into the pot and cook together with the other half of the lily bulbs. Add hot water until thoroughly mixed. Mix with milk before switching off the heat and it is ready to serve.
